Due to some sites blocking Epic I now use ProtonVPN exclusively. (which didn't even exist when this thread started).
From the Protonmail outfit, it comes highly rated by some of the techy sites, is in Switzerland, and designed so even they can't see what you do or where you go.
Free or paid options. I find the free option has all I need.
