Question:  What do the goat guys eat?  The same as "natural" goats, brush and browse?  Vegan?  Are they ruminants or more human physiology?




What about the Canids and Felids?  Still carnivores?




Do the "natural" goats, sheep, deer get "population managed"?  It's a dark fact of life that on any livestock operation some of the guys leave in trailers and don't return.....  Usually the surplus males; only the select few get to keep their studly parts and "live long and prosper".

I would think that anyone with that level of tech would understand ecology and have an equally advanced birth control.

Since "Horse Power" isn't needed. There's no need to 'geld' for an easier to handle animal. Vasectomize all the rams and bucks?  There's a project to make worming day look like a breeze....

Remember we're talking about alien tech. So I imagine the hardest part is deciding who gets to be the one to pass on his genes.

That stuff is several months away. They are still getting used to the new world.

Just put two of those anti-grav transporters under the front and rear axles and you're good to go...
