Would it be worth it?

So a while ago I asked for my account, and all info regarding me deleted on the  Zooville forum. And now I know that some individuals that made the forum unpleasant have been banned from there. Do y'all think it would be worth it to return to said forum? The porn hounds and kinksters aside, I did enjoy the association, but now I am asking y'all your opinion.

Personally, no. The egregious violation of virtually all the Zeta Principles and all that you mentioned shouldn't be really overlooked. Improving the community IMO starts with the upholding of a solid ethical and moral framework.

Just because they've banned one account doesn't mean they can't get another login and still participate.




I guess it depends on why you're on the forums in the first place. When I go to ZV or others kink/fet sites they have a particular vibe about them... To me it feels like I'm singled out and highlighted. Those who let loose that they're active suddenly have a spotlight shined on them. Kinksters and window lickers suddenly see you as a means to their end. Just look at the number of thumbs up particular posts get... I view that as being targeted rather than celebrated. 




I come to these forums to talk with like minded individuals who know my struggles, my feelings in society as an outcast, and my beliefs in the wellbeing of my partner. I don't come here to feel like I'm pursuing a circus fairground where 'normies' can get their jollies off by watching us go about our lives. Its like... join in and accept the commitments involved or move on... Don't go hunting for easy buttons.

That place is a dumpster fire in general.  It's ironic they even bother with a subforum as that's basically the whole site in a nutshell.  I wish it had potential to get better but the site is truly rotten from the top-on-down.  So it never had any hope of recovery.




Don't bother.  The place WILL eventually implode, and you don't want to be part of the cleanup when it does.

I couldn't agree more. I know I hold some strong / controversial opinions; many of you have seen them. But I can even agree with HH when he said BF 2.0, it's exactly what it's become and quickly.

True, unless you VERY heavily moderate the porn, or only allow very specific types like this forum does.

Well, you know that I'd honestly love for you to come back to the forum. Zooville, despite its flaws, is a treasure trove of information and a source of zoo connectivity due to the scale of the forum. The legit zoos such as you and I are what makes the site worthwhile (at least from my perspective, although yours likely differs.) And, as you mentioned, the person in question that was getting under your skin has been banned due to their toxic behavior outside of the dumpster fire. They have not attempted to return to the forum as far as I know. Or, if they have managed to elude our filters she is staying completely silent.




But ultimately the decision is up to you on whether or not you wish to return. I myself love the forum for what it is, despite the kinksters and the porn hounds. But if the forum is a point of misery for you, then by all means, don't subject yourself to said misery. If you find yourself missing the forum, by all means create another account. And should you feel that it was a mistake feel free to log out and never return. I'm not lying when I say that IP information is wiped quite frequently for user safety.
