The first ones that come to mind is top secret 




for those that do not know the movie ... two guys dress up in a cow costume to sneak up on a nazi encampment, but in the film they used a lot of live action cow scenes

He seemed rather stiff-legged in the second clip....

Top secret was a spoof movie making fun of spy movies. Also one of the first movies to have a hole sceen shot in revers . Love that movie.
